Tom July 15th

Breakfast - two pieces of toast (Strawberry jam & Nutella)
Snack - two pieces of cheese and a granola bar.
Lunch - Ciabatta sandwich with provolone, salami, blackforest ham and olives and peppers. Cup of cherries, two cups of popcorn.
Dinner - prime rib, greek salad, cooked potatoes.
Dessert - two slices of pistachio cream cheese dessert.
