Water throughout the day
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, 1 piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter, fruit smoothie, small bowl of Honey Comb cereal
Lunch - tuna casserole, fresh strawberries, grapes
Snack - watermelon, grapes, vanilla yogurt
Supper - sandwich (ham, cheese) and salad, homemade brownie (made by my sons friend, delicious!)
