1st Breakfast 07:00
2 cups of water; one cup of veg/fruit juice; one cup of 1% milk; bowl of raisin bran with half water and half 1% milk;
2nd Breakfast 09:15
western pan scrambler @ humptys; 5 cups of herbal peppermint tea (asked for caffene free, but don't think it was)
Lunch
3 cups of water; 8 small pieces of licorice (supposed to have some value, after reviewing the contents...I'm not so sure!) Anyway this is a very pathetic lunch for a guy who needs food.
Before supper
handful of trail mix; 1 cup of water; 1 cup of veg/fruit juice
Supper
2 sausages; 7 perogies (baked on the bar-b-que with no grease) with of course hot sauce; 1 medium tomato; 3 cups of water
Snack
2 cups of water; 1/2 cup of thawed frozen fruit
