Breakfast: 2 slices Paleo banana bread with peanut butter and jam, latte with home-roasted coffee beans and coconut milk
Snack: Paleo brownie
Lunch: taco-ish salad with tomato, celery, salsa and tortilla chips
Snack: handful of raw cashews
PM latte with Dennis (same mix as breakfast)
Supper: small steak with baked potato (my garden) topped with Tofutti non-dairy "sour cream", non-dairy margarine, and bacon bits. For dessert: watermelon, raspberries from my garden and my own recipe non-dairy vanilla ice cream that tastes like soft serve. Move over Dairy Queen! :) yeah!
