Sifu Kichko - July 20/12

July 20/12
Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal and raisins
                - banana
Lunch      - fruit plate (apple, nectarine, kiwi, cherries)
                - muffin (gluten free)
Supper     - chicken and veggies over brown rice
Snack       - salt and vinegar chips and an almond chocolate bar
