This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Tom July 20th
Breakfast - granola bar, cup of strawberry yougurt.
Lunch - bowl of clam chowder, caesar salad, montreal smoked meat sandwich, fresh veggies.
Dinner - rice, chicken, tomatoe and pepper casserole.
Dessert - frozen cheryy yougurt.
