Breakfast          - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
                         - 1/2 cup grapes
                         - 1/2 cup strawberries
Lunch                - leftover chicken and veggies from last night
Supper              - salmon
                         - potato
                         - large salad
Snack                - popcorn
