Breakfast: latte with coconut milk, 2 slices of Paleo fruit/nut bread with peanut butter and jam
After timed kicks class lunch: glass of coconut water, tomato/avocado/cilantro/sea salt mix with tortilla chips (I like Kirkland: less greasy), homemade gluten/dairy-free brownie
Snack: coke, munched on dehydrated sweet potato "chips"
Supper: ham and pineapple pizza with gluten free crust (I was trying a new recipe), cheese is Daiya brand (non-dairy and acts and tastes the closest to the real stuff), peach
Lots of water throughout the day
