Water throughout the day

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, bran cereal and 1/2 a blueberry bagel

Lunch - brown rice, corn, beans/lentils

Snack - handful of nuts

Supper - pasta with tomato sauce with shredded cheese

Snack - yogurt and hemp seeds
