Darcy 29th

Breakfast
3 cups of water; bowl of raisin bran (1/2 water and 1/2 milk)

Lunch
2 cups of water; 2 cups of tea; 2 eggs with hot sauce; 2 pieces of toast; 3 pieces of cheese

Snack
2- 1 inch square chunks of dark chocolate; 4 cups of water

After run
protein drink with berries; 3 cups of water

Supper
3 cups of water; 1/2 cup of hamburger; one sausage; potatoes and onion again with hot sause; 1 pickle

evening
2.5 - 1 inch squares of dark chocolate; 3cups of water

My logs do not change from year to year, well balanced eating and lots of water. However, I tend to alter what I eat when my activities are altered, increase protein to heal and build muscles, rather than burning them away. Still lots to learn in regards to nutrition, but its coming!
