Water throughout the day

Breakfast - 1 cup of coffee, bowl of bran flakes mixed with granola, 1 piece of cheese and handful of cherries

Lunch - Spinach ravioli with tomato sauce and shredded cheese

Supper - BLT, 1 piece of licorice, 1 glass of chocolate milk
