This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Very busy day, with no schedule.
breakfast snack: hummus and pan bread, yogurt
Evening snack: bowl of cheerios
Midnight snack: oatmeal, hummus and pan bread and peace of bread with peanut butter and jam.
