salami sandwich on multigrain bread with lettuce, marble cheese and a few hot banana peppers; carrot; 3/4 cup of cherries; 3/4 cup of grapes; 1/4 cup of trail mix; 4 cups of water; 7 small pieces of real fruit licorice
Supper
homemade burger on multigrain bread, with mushrooms and onions, marble cheese and freshly picked lettuce; one Polskie Ogorki; 4 cups of water; 1 cup of vegetable/ fruit juice
4 cups of water tonight. Hot, hot.....
