  • 10:30, Lunch:  Ham and turkey bun with cheese, Lifesavor sherbet
  • 1:00, snack: yogurt
  • 4:30 snack on way to kung fu: 2 blueberry and fax cookies, 5 Bretons
  • 9:30 snack after kung fu:  3 pieces rye toast with cinnamon spread, yogurt
