Water throughout the day
Breakfast - 1.5 cups of coffee, raisin bagel, 1 piece of cheese
Snack - handful of mixed nuts, mixed fruit smoothiel
Lunch - 1/4 of a grilled chicken pita (couldn't finish last night), whole wheat raspberry muffin, mixed nuts
Supper - tuna casserole, fresh garden carrots
Snack - 1 graham wafer cracker, cherries, garden carrot, 10 potato chips (had the munchies)
