- 1/2 cup oatmeal and raisins
- 1 cup skim milk
Snack - chocolate covered almonds made with organic chocolate, totally delicious!
Lunch - turkey
- grapes
- peas and carrots
Supper - salmon
- potato
- large garden salad
Snack - homemade, gluten free, apple oatmeal muffin
