July 17th continued ... lasagna , coffee, veggie burger/greens/avacado, water
July 18th breakfast smoothie, coffee, lasagna, shrimp diane w/rice & steamed kale, glass of wine, 1/2 of a chocolate desert (miles stones resturant)
July 19th eggs on toast, coffee, lasagna, booster juice marathon smoothie, 3 sauerkraut perogies, steamed greens.
July 20th no breakfast, coffee, cheese & mushroom quiche, apple & quinoa salad, fruit bowl.
