Sherri July 23, Day 23

Breakfast: latte with coconut milk, 3 slices Irish Soda bread (sans gluten) with peanut butter and jam, homemade juice with pineapple, carrot and broccoli
Snack: a peach

Lunch: tomato and avocado with salsa and tortilla chips, Paleo brownie
Green Smoothie: grape pear (kale, green grapes, orange, banana, pear)

Sort of supper: bowl of popcorn (popped in coconut oil) topped with dairy-free margarine and Frank's Hot sauce, Paleo brownie
Nibbled on butternut squash, red pepper, celery and ham while chopping for a stir-fry
Water throughout the day

Grape Pear Green Smoothie
1 cup kale (stem removed)
1 cup green grapes
1 pear
1 orange
1 banana (optional)
desired amount of water
Blend and enjoy
