Tom July 29th

Breakfast - two pieces of toast (grape jam, peanut butter with honey)
Lunch - enchilada's.
Dinner - tossed salad, chicken breast, potatoe salad, pickles, bread.
Dessert - vanilla cake with whipped cream and fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, cherries and raspberries)
