Water throughout the day

Breakfast - 1 cup coffee, bran flakes with hemp seeds, 1 piece of toast with peanut butter

Lunch - Turkey, tomato, lettuce and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread, cherries

Afternoon - Latte

Supper - Mashed potatoes with meatballs and gravy and salad

Snack - yogurt and fruit
