Water throughout the day
Breakfast - 1 cup of coffee, bowl of bran cereal with a bit of granola mixed, 1 piece of whole wheat bread with peanut butter
Lunch - 2 pieces of cheese, small bowl of spinach ravioli
Snack - 1/2 stick of pepperoni, chocolate bar
Supper - fresh garden salad with pita bread with shredded cheese
Snack - yogurt
