Water throughout the day
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, bowl of bran flakes with strawberries, 2 pieces of cheese
Snack - 1 piece of cheese and 5 crackers
Lunch - 1/2 turkey, tomato and lettuce sandwich, small bowl of 9 bean soup, 1/8 cup of M&M's (left overs from the movie last night)
Supper - Roasted chicken and potatoes and fresh garden salad, 1 glass of almond milk
