Water throughout the day

 Breakfast - 1 cup of coffee, raisin bagel, bran cereal

Lunch - ham, tomato, lettuce sandwich

Snack - handful of mixed nuts, dried fruit

Supper - grilled chicken with lots of fresh veggies in a pita wrap (no sauces), 2 butter cookies

Snack - apple and carrot
