2 poached eggs; 3 pieces of bacon; hashbrowns; 2 pieces of rye toast
Lunch
3 cups of water...........not good!
Earlier supper than usual
bowl of pasta with veggies and hamburger; bowl of lettuce; 1 cup of milk; 3 cups of water; 1 cup of veg/fruit juice
3-1 inch squares of dark chocolate; 1 cup of frozen berries and apples; 2 cups of water
