Darcy 16th

Breakfast
2 cups of water, 2 cups of herbal tea, bowl of raisin bran,

Restaurant with co-worker
bowl of fresh fruit, 2 cups of coffee

Lunch
corn on the cob, 2 cups of tea, 1 cup of water, 2 slices of sandwich meat, plate of lettuce, handful of trail mix, 3 strawberries

15km run

Supper
200ml of pork and beans, 2 cups of weak herbal tea, 3 cups of water, 5 pieces of marble cheese, 5 triscuts, apple, banana, 2-1 inch squares of dark chocolate

2 cups of water
