Water throughout the day

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, bran cereal and granola mixed, fruit smoothie

Lunch - pasta sprinkled with cheese and oregeno

Afternoon - Latte (needed a little jam)

Supper - sausage, peorgies, 1/2 piece of toast

Snack - popcorn & 1/2 an apple
