Breakfast - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup grapes
- chai tea latte
Lunch - avocado and tomato with lime juice and pepper
- cherries
Snack - banana
- gluten free muffin
2nd Snack - nectarine
Supper - chicken and veggies over brown rice
Snack - popcorn
I felt like a bottomless pit throughout the day, perhaps because I was busy with house work and lawn care, I'm not sure but I managed it without junk food. Yeah me!
