Harrigan 24 July

24 July:
Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 apple in oatmeal. Cinnamon added.
Toast with peanut butter on it.

Pre-Workout (Accessory Lifts):
6 BCAA tablets
Water

Post Workout:
Protein Shake (2 scoops/water)

Lunch:
Eggs
Protein Shake (2 scoops/water)

Pre-workout (dynamic bench):
6 BCAA tablets
Water
Black Powder pre-workout

Post-Workout:
Protein Shake (2 scoops)

Dinner:
Steak
1 Beer

Snacked on some pretzels and sea salt chips. Had another beer.
