Breakfast: latte with coconut and chocolate soy milk, 2 slices of Paleo fruit/nut bread with peanut butter and jam
Snack: 7 strawberries
Lunch: small glass cauli-slaw juice, 2 slices left-over pizza, brownie (homemade) with my chocolate coconut macaroon ice cream
Glass of home lemonaide (lemons, cantalope, cucumber,honey)
Supper: salmon, tossed green salad with balsamic/olive oil dressing, cherries
