Breakfast: latte with coconut milk, 3 slices Irish Soda bread (sans gluten) with peanut butter and jam, Grape Pear Green smoothie (kale, green grapes, pear, orange, banana)
Snack: glass of fresh juice of pineapple, carrots, broccoli
Lunch: kelp noodles with sesame sauce, nectarine
Snack: salsa with tortilla chips
Paleo (pre-agricultural era) supper: Moroccan chicken, cauliflower "rice" (very good, but does not resemble rice), coconut squares, chocolate pudding with walnut crust. 4 new recipes I tried: the chef is in!! Oh yes, a glass of red wine.
Water throughout the day
Paleo dietstyle: Paleo or primal dietstyle is eating pre-agriculture based on what nature gave us: meat, veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds. Legumes, soy, corn, wheat, and anything artificial are not consumed. Am I strict Paleo? No, I'm flexitarian, however Paleo = dairy and gluten free.

Breakfast: latte with coconut milk, 2 slices Irish Soda bread with peanut butter, large piece of coconut square
Lunch: bowl of Hot n Sour soup from Thang Long in Spruce Grove. YUM!!!
Snack: nectarine
Supper: BBQ steak (small), mashed potatoes, Paleo chocolate pudding with walnut crust
LOTS of water throughout the day.
