20 July:

Breakfast:
Protein Shake (2 scoops in water)
Banana Bread (2 hefty slices)
Cheese Slices

Pre-workout (Max Effort Upper Body):
8 Tablets BCAA's
1 Scoop Pre-Workout Powder ("Black Powder") in water
Lots of water

Post-Workout:
Protein Shake (2 Scoops/water)
Shepard's Pie
Double Stuffed Baked Potato

Chocolate Milk
Cheese Slices (I loves me my cheese)

Post Kung Fu
Protein Shake (2 Scoops/water)

Glass of Coca-cola

21 July

Protein Shake (2 Scoops)
Chicken Breast
Red Pepper slices
Chocolate Milk

Snack (throughout work)
Big ol' bag of trail mix
Water

Dinner:
McDonald's...Quarter Pounder, medium milkshake, medium fries, and a side of angry gastrointestinal rumbling.
Lots of Water
