Morning Latte with Dennis made with roasted-by-me-coffee-beans and coconut milk with a snip of Amaretto
Breakfast: fried egg topped with ham and cheese, half a Paleo brownie
Kwoon lunch: dehydrated sweet potato fries, chocolate Clif builder protein bar, gluten free apple cinnamon muffin that Sifu Kichko made and it was very tasty
Early supper: salad rolls with Thai sweet and hot sauce, #26 vermicelli noodle bowl (no spring rolls) at Thang Long in Spruce Grove, broccoli from Dennis's chicken and veggies with coconut/peach sauce.
PM Snack: big scoop home made vegan Mint Chocolate Chip "ice cream" Soooooo gooooood, much like soft serve.
