Sifu Kichko - July 27/12

July 27/12
Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal and raisins
                - 1 cup of skim milk
Lunch       - romaine lettuce and chicken - no dressing
Snack       - nectarine
                 - oatmeal/apple muffin
Supper      - eggs
                 - gluten free bread
                 - 1 cup of apple juice
Snack       - fruit plate - nectarine, kiwi, banana
