This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Water throughout the day
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, 1 blue berry bagel, fresh fruit
Lunch - brown rice, corn, fresh carrots, glass of chocolate milk
Supper - bowl of 9 bean soup, garlic bread, cherries
