Pre-breakfast - banana
- 1 slice gluten free bread (very small due to lack of experience baking)
Breakfast - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- chai tea latte
Lunch - chicken in a spinach salad
Snack - nectarine
- apple oatmeal muffin
Supper - turkey burger
- potato wedges
- large garden salad
Snack - DQ chocolate sundae
