Breakfast - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- chai tea latte
Lunch - nectarine
- turkey
Snack - carrots and snap peas
- apple oatmeal muffin
Supper - chicken and veggies over brown rice
- another chai tea latte after the dishes :)
