Water throughout the day

Breakfast - 2 pieces whole wheat toast with cheese and 1/4 of raw almonds

Lunch - cheese and crackers, apple, glass of chocolate milk

Supper - turkey, lettuce and tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread, carrot muffin

Evening - movie popcorn, part of a drink and shared bag of M&M's
