Morning latte with Dennis: latte with coconut milk and a shot of Kahlua
Breakfast: 2 slices of Paleo cranberry walnut bread
Lunch: 2 fried eggs topped with Tofutti non-dairy Mozarella "cheese", hashbrowns with ketchup
Supper: 2 slices home made taco pizza (gluten-free crust and non-dairy cheese) topped with home made salsa, bowl of Vegan Nog "ice cream"
Snack: decent bowl of popcorn popped in coconut oil and topped with dairy-free margarine and Frank's Hot Sauce, nectarine
Water throughout the day
