If you don't mind me asking, what are BCAA tablets?
ReplyDeleteBranched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA). You can purchase them in powder form or tablet form. They're metabolized directly in the muscles, and help prevent catabolism of the muscle tissue during training and provide some energy. I like them...they're pretty handy. Here's a quick link for a little more info: http://www.hchs.edu/literature/BCAA.pdf
ReplyDeleteThanks, I was wondering what that was.
