Water throughout the day
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter, fruit smoothie
Lunch - hotdog, fresh cup veggies, ice cream cone with one scoop of maple ice cream and a glass of lemonade
Afternoon - ice cap
Supper - Grilled chicken on whole wheat, 6 onion rings and orange juice
Snack - cherries
(on the road driving all day)
