Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal and raisins
- nectarine
Snack - apple
Lunch - avocado and tomatoe
- three bites of potato salad (I was full from the avocado)
- cherries (10)
Supper - chicken and veggies over brown rice
- green tea
Tons of water, it was tasting really, really good today:)
