After a spontaneous run last night...I enjoyed a small protein shake with a handful of berries in it.
Breakfast
2 poached eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, hash browns, 2 pieces of rye toast, 4 cups of water, 3 cups of coffee
Late Lunch
Chinese buffet, 3 cups of water.
Evening
4 cups of water; 2-1 inch squares of dark chocolate; 1 cup of berries and apples
