Morning Latte with Dennis made with roasted-by-me-coffee-beans and coconut milk with a snort of Kahlua
Brunch: 2 eggs fried with ham and Tofutti non-dairy Mozzarella "cheese"
Snack: hand full of raspberries (have to pick them), hand full of chocolate chips (had to make sure they were still good before I put them into the brownies)
Supper: ham, new-from-my-garden potato with Tofutti non-dairy "sour cream", bacon bits, and non-dairy margarine, tossed green salad with balsamic/olive oil dressing, Paleo brownie with vegan Mint Chocolate Chip "ice cream"
Water throughout the day
