Tom July 17th

Breakfast - two pieces of toast (Strawberry jam & Honey)
Snack - two pieces of cheddar cheese, granola bar.
Lunch - pork tenderloin, side pasta, cup of yougurt.
Dinner - japanese salad, prime rib, cooked beats.
Dessert - strawberry frozen yougurt.
