Darcy 19th

After my entry last night I had a two inch chunk of English cucumber.

Breakfast
1/2 a bagel w/ peanut butter, 3/4 cup of granola, with 1/2 a cup of plain yogurt mixed in topped with a handful of trail mix; 2 cups of water; 2 cups of herbal tea (bachelor breakfast)

Lunch
1/4 cup of trail mix; salami multigrain bread sandwich (again) w/ lettuce, marble cheese and a few hot banana peppers; apple; 4 inch chunk of English cucumber; 4 cups of water; Kashi bar.

Supper
2 sausages; 8 perogies with hotsauce; 2 cups of water; 3-1 inch chunks of dark chocolate

3 cups of water
