Pre-Breakfast:
Protein Shake (2 Scoops in water)
Banana Bread

Rockstar Sugar-free energy drink (4 am wake-up)

Breakfast:
2 Egg Wraps (Scrambled Eggs in tortilla wraps)
An Apple
Water

Lunch/Post Nap Food:
Bowl of Macaroni
3 Large Cheese Slices/Chunks
2 Cups Chocolate Milk
Olives

Pre-Workout (Dynamic Lower Body Trng)
Protein Shake (1 Scoop in Water)
6 BCAA tablets

Post-Workout
Protein Shake (3 Scoops protein in water)
Chicken Breast
Rice
Banana Bread w/2 large slices of Cheese

Evening:
Slice of Pecan Cake (Tasty!)
Water
