Sherri July 19, Day 19

Breakfast: latte with coconut milk, 2 slices of Paleo fruit/nut bread with peanut butter and jam
Snack: glass of coconut water, cherries

Lunch: hot dog (Costco brand gluten and dairy-free) with fermented veggies and mustard (no bun), corn cob with dairy-free margarine and sea salt
Snack: I-made-it brownie with Vegan-Nog "ice cream" and yes there's rum in it, cherries while pitting (quality control)

Supper: beef nachos (stirfry hamburger, add taco seasoning), homemade salsa, tortilla chips, peach
Snack: small handful of walnuts

Easy Fresh Home Salsa
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup (thereabouts) chopped sweet onion
1/8 cup (to taste) chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon (to taste) sea salt

Mix together and enjoy.
