Water throughout the day
Breakfast - 1 piece of toast with peanut butter, fresh fruit
Lunch - 1 smokie, small portion of potato salad with an apple turn over
Snack - fresh fruit
Supper - 1 bowl of 9 bean and lentil soup (need to up my iron)
Snack - 2 squares of chocolate, yogurt with hemp seed
Please send me some of that homemade soup! The cooking here sucks.
