From yesterday: I had 2 green tea mochi for a snack. Forgot to include them.
Morning lounge time (Dennis is on days off) latte with coconut milk and a shot of Kahluah
Munched on sweet potato chips from the dehydrator. These have potential.
Brunch: banana wrap (romaine lettuce, banana, peanut butter, coconut, cinnamon)
Afternoon lunch: plate of hashbrowns done in coconut oil with seasoning salt and ketchup. What's with the starch kick? yeesh!
Before supper snack: peach, a few cherries, couple handfuls of organic dairy-free chocolate chips (I was making brownies and had to test the chocolate, my story sticking to it), a few almonds
Supper: small steak, tossed green salad with Italian and red pepper dressing, jicama "fries" with salsa, small glass of red wine, my chai tea (dairy-free) "ice cream for dessert. Ok, a fry is a fry. Jicama cannot be called a fry just because it's shaped like one.
