homemade burger and a half, corn on the cob, 2 Kokanee, 2 cups of water

3 cups of water, 1 cup of coffee, bowl of raisin bran with banana and strawberries and hemp hearts

2 salami and lettuce sandwiches, 2 homemade cookies, 2 cups of water
Supper
one hamburger (homemade) w/ two slices of cheese and hot peppers, 2 strawberries, a carrot, 2 handfuls of trail mix, 3 cups of water, two cups of tea
